Lunches

Lunch - Being I only work 5 minutes from my house it's very convenient for me to run home for lunch. But even on weekends on photo shoots..I always prepare ahead of time.  OR if I MUST get fast food, I make sure it's somewhat healthy.   Usually a chicken or beef wrap and bottle water or salad.


Turkey and cheese sandwich with pepperonies and lettuce and little bit of spicy brown mustard on flat bread with Special K chips

Chipotle turkey wrap with cheese and brown mustard, Special K chips, grapes and pickle

Ham & Cheese sandwich with lettuce as bread and baby dill pickles 

Tuna salad with eggs and mayo with pickle spear

Special K chips with tablespoon of french onion dip, hot pocket (whole wheat tortilla, 14 pepperoni slices, shredded mozarella, 2 tablespoons pizza sauce)

Roast beef and cheese sandwich on flat bread with brown mustard, salad with left over grilled shrimp, and olive garden italian dressing (MEASURE your dressing) fruit 

Tuna salad on bed of lettuce  

Walnut cranberry bistro salad, apple slices with sugar free caramel topping, water

Bistro Deli Roast beef on flat bread with spicy mustard, and 7 Special K chips, grapes, Special K Brownie bites

Left over Angel hair pasta & chicken breast in Basil and pesto, Apple Cinnamon & Granola cup 

Roast beef & Cheese wrap in whole wheat tortilla with lettuce, spicy brown mustard and tbspn olive garden italian dressing, pickle bbq popped chips

Saturday rush lunch - Wendy's chicken nuggets (I try not to eat fast food), Special K chips, french onion dip, grapes

Deli style roast beef tortilla wrap w/spicy brown mustard, american cheese, lettuce, Special K chips, apple slices, french onion dip   (yes I drink bottled water all day long 10-13 bottles per day) 

Another rush meal at work, Wendy's grilled chicken wrap on flat bread with honey mustard
(BEWARE: the bread is NASTY... i picked the chicken out of it and ate just that)

Grilled thompson sausage on deli thin, with Special K cracker chips 

Ham & turkey cheese sandwich w/lettuce & brown mustard, grapes, cheese nips 

Rotisseire chicken wrap with lettuce and mild sauce, canteloupe, special k chips 

Chicken wrap w/mild sauce, popped quaker chips 

Oven roasted chicken sub with veggies, vinegar & oil, wheat thins 

Ham & turkey wrap w/mustard & lettuce, oranges, boiled egg

Ham & turkey wrap, grapes, special k chips 

Hamburger on deli flats w/lettuce, pickles, brown mustard, ketchup and watermelon

Lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, pineapples, pecans with poppy seed dressing,  white bread, smoked turkey, lettuce and mustard ( I did not eat the piece of bread for the salad - it was too hard)
 
Black Forest ham & roast beef wrap, with tortilla, mustard and pickles, oranges
 
 chopped Asian salad blend, with two breaded chicken patties (yes it was breaded, but that was all I had), 2 tbspn olive garden Italian dressing, and shard cheddar cheese cubes, and cucumber slices.   along with 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
